Cheryl's back to blonde for x factor announcement

New job, new do? As Cheryl Cole confirmed what we all knew was coming - that she's back on The X Factor as judge - she also took the opportunity to unveil a brand new hairstyle. After all, what makes a better impression in a new job than a snazzy new barnet? (Except, uh, that hair.) Cheryl attended a press conference and photocall in London today to confirm her much-anticipated return to the talent show for its 11th series, bringing a sleek sheet of blonde hair with her. Over the last few seasons we've loved Nicole Scherzinger's experimental updos and, of course, no-one can top Mrs O for colour - but let's not forget Cheryl knows a thing or two about a good 'do too. So far, so simple - but I can't wait to see what our Chez has up her sleeve for the coming series!
