Cheltenham salon calls in royal butler for etiquette masterclass

The Stuart Holmes Hair and Beauty Spa in Cheltenham has called in the help of royal butler, Grant Harrold, to assist with etiquette and hosting training. Grant, who has served as butler to HRH the Prince of Wales and Princes William and Harry - as well as acting as PA to Prince William and his wife Catherine - will be visiting the salon later this month to talk to staff about how to deliver the ultimate in service. Following the masterclass, Grant will be hosting an evening soiree for salon clients on how to provide the ultimate in service themselves for dinner parties worthy of any royal.
