On the fifth anniversary of Michael Jackson's untimely death, we remember a man that was as much acclaimed for his style as his musical legacy.
From the free-and-easy early days 'fro to the loose kiss curls hanging over one eye that later became a Michael trademark, the King of Pop understood well the impact that hair could have on an overall style.
Following
that Pepsi hair-burning incident, Michael often relied on wigs to achieve his on-stage looks. His most recent stylist Lynda Parrish even exhibited a selection of his pieces in an exhibition entitled The Hands That Touched a King.
