Packed with movie premieres and surprise haircuts this week the stars braced the cold to show us how to wear the perfect up dos and warned us, whether knowingly or unknowingly is a different matter, how not to do the downright don'ts.

	Up with the do's...
	Heidi Range A bit slow to catch on the bob trend but we suppose the delay makes a better impact especially when it makes this sweet thing look like a real babe. Heidi Range's lost her locks for a shorter, sleeker and darker look.
	Cate Blanchett Cate Blanchett keeps it sweet and simple with her side swept fringe which enhances her cheekbones, the style allows room for volume and bounce at the top before it's tied neatly into a bun.
	Nicole Kidman The up do's really are in as Nicole Kidman takes a leaf out of Cate Blanchet's book and finishes with a side placed bun, easy to do for the festive season just make sure you have a lot of hairspray on hand.
	Jeff Stewart If you're just as confused as we are about this picture, maybe the name PC Reg Hollis rings a bell. Following his departure from the TV drama The Bill, it seems Jeff Stewart has taken to growing his hair, surely that look should be locked up.
	Bianca Jagger Not entirely sure if Bianca Jagger opted for a rock and roll look or if she just stepped out the wind, either way a comb through the mane before photo time is always the best way to go.
	Katie Holmes When Katie went short we loved the sophisticated look but we've changed our minds as soon as Katie changed her hair and went shorter. This boyish look is definitely a no no.
