Celebrities opt for extreme post-breakup hair

A hairstyle can say a thousand things. New job hair. Break-up hair. I-just-don’t-give-a-damn-hair. We’ve all had a haircut we’d rather forget… and one we always remember. When it comes to ‘emotional’ hair this week, look no further than Miley Cyrus whose relationship with Liam Hemsworth is reported to be on the rocks. There’s a touch of the Britney Spears about her white blond Mohawk: part-rocker, park shocker. And as her parents’ messy divorce hits the headlines once again, it’s hard not to imagine that this is her way of making a statement of her own.   Stepping out with another bold look this week is Rihanna. Ditching her muted gold highlights for a bright - almost neon - orange, there’s nothing shy and retiring about this at all. Love it or hate it, it certainly makes a statement.
