British hairdressing awards winners!

The waiting is finally over and the winners of the British Hairdressing Awards 2007 have been announced. After a drinks reception at the Grosvenor House Hotel, over 2000 members of the creme de la creme of British hairdressing gathered together in the Great Room to honour the year's star performers.The evening began with a procession of all the finalists across the main stage before guests enjoyed a four-course meal. Host Graham Norton, Hairdressers Journal Publisher/Editor-in-Chief Jayne Lewis-Orr and Peter Belcher, Managing Director of Schwarzkopf Professional, then presented the awards to the winners of the Regional and Specialist Awards. The trio also welcomed Mark Leeson, Michael Young, Tina Farey and Jamie and Sally Brooks into the British Hairdressing Awards Hall of Fame.
