British Hairdresser of the Year Nominees' Catwalk Shows - #BHA22

The British Hairdressing Awards, sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional, or #BHA22, took place on Monday 28 November 2022- hosted by comedian Katherine Ryan, Hairdressers Journal International Executive Director, Jayne Lewis-Orr and Schwarzkopf Professional General Manager UK and Ireland, Julian Crane. The nominees for 2022 were Richard Ashforth from SACO, Sally Brooks from Brooks and Brooks, Robert Eaton from Russell Eaton Salons, Gary Hooker & Michael Young from Hooker & Young, Mark Leeson from Mark Leeson, Cos Sakkas from TONI&GUY and Angelo Seminara  from Angelo Seminara. Whilst all of these year's nominees created stunning collections, only one could be crowned British Hairdresser of the Year at the #BHA22 - Cos Sakkas. After accepting his award, Cos said: “Thanks to Peter, who was here when I won newcomer. Thank you to Jayne, who has always been a big supporter. To Sacha Mascolo, my biggest supporter. Thank you to my team – look, we didn’t win tonight, but I love my team, you are the best team; you don’t understand how beautiful and talented you are.” You can find all of the nominees' collections in full here.
