Emeli Sande was the undisputed woman of the hour at the 2013 BRIT Awards, sweeping two awards and rounding off an epic year of achievement.As usual, Emeli opted for a cool-girl quiff but I love the slight rockabilly vibe of these coiffed curls, which give a whole new look to her usual style.

"Start by separating a horseshoe shaped
section of hair around the top half of the head.
"Slick down the back and sides of the bottom half of your hair with Fudge Hair Gum and spray the top half of hair with Fudge Dry Shampoo for added texture.
"Curl the hair in the same direction using tongs then backcomb the roots to add volume before finishing he look with a generous spray of Skyscraper hairspray."
