Braids Gang is a global movement with over 500,000 engaged followers, dedicated to empowering the braiding and natural hair community, and they are hosting their first Braiders Brunch event on Saturday 26 July at Indra Studios in London.
Black women make up just 2% of the UK's adult population but account for 10% of haircare spending - driving influence in a textured hair market worth over £1.7 billion annually. Yet the braiders, natural hairstylists, and textured hair creatives who shape trends and build culture remain underfunded, under-celebrated, and overlooked in the industry’s power structure.
HJ is proud to be their media partner for this event.
