Beauty works professional increases education offering Beauty Works Professional Launches UK Education Team Beauty Works Professional is increasing its dedication to hair extensions education with the launch of a new professional site, in-house educator and increased course offering. There are now three training locations available to budding extensionists and those looking to perfect their technique, with courses available in Glasgow and two locations in Cheshire. As well as the new locations, Beauty Works are also offering a new in-salon training service to those who prefer to learn in the comfort of their own business. The Beauty Works education team includes extension specialist Jenny Harrison, with over 17 years of industry experience and extension knowledge, and newest team member Zara Qayyum. Zara has worked as a salon professional for the last eight years and has extensive knowledge of applying extensions not just for fashion, but also for women with thinning hair and hair loss due to alopecia. Explaining the importance of education within the hair extensions industry, Zara says:
There is a growing demand in the industry for well-trained hair extensionists and there are many horror stories of badly applied extensions and the damage they can cause. By keeping your salon up to date with the latest trends and methods of application in the industry you will provide clients with the assurance they need and be able to provide them with a knowledgeable and concise consultation. Beauty Works is emphasising safe working practice for all extensionists. A good extensionist will not only retain clients but also grow their business through the power of recommendation.
