Bba masters competition 2014 launches

The BBA Masters Competition 2014 is open for entries, with the search now on for the best barbers in the country at every level. Sponsored by Structure hair products and hosted in association with the Barbers Connect exhibition, the competition will culminate at the event, which takes place at the Celtic Manor in Wales on 25 May. There are three categories to enter: • Creative Master - for barbers pushing artistic boundaries with creative colouring, hair tattooing and hair patterns • Classic Master - for barbers who have created a classic look with excellent technical cutting and styling • Pattern Master - new for 2014, this category will see the top eight entries face off against each other "Being creative is a big part of our industry and competitions are essential for barbers to hone their skills," says Chris Foster, style director of the British Barbers Association. "The Masters competition is the perfect platform to show exactly how talented you are - a master of your craft." The competition costs £25 to enter and the deadline is Friday 25 April at 5pm. All entrants must be a member of the British Barbers Association, which is free to join.
