Barrie Stephen celebrated the achievements of his team at his annual Hot Property awards with 16 winners and a new art team announced.
Held at San Carlo restaurant in Leicester, staff from all four of Barrie's Leicestershire salons enjoyed dinner, dancing and entertainment as well as the hotly-anticipated awards.
Hosted by Schwarzkopf Professional managing director, Colin Sillery, and members of the local press, the prizes included Best Manager, Best Colourist and Best Stylist as well as Most Inspirational Person and the team member who summed up Barrie's ethos of, 'Dedicated to the Expression of Excellence'.
The evening concluded with the announcement of the new Barrie Stephen Art Team, following auditions and judging earlier in the year. Six stylists and two assistant trainee stylists were revealed to be on the team: Sam Oxford, Rajinder Sethi, Kelly Grundy, Jadie Simpson, Annie Morelli and Jospeh Davies.
The team will now be the face of Barrie Stephen Hair at events throughout 2012, including styling hair at De Montfort University's graduate fashion show and Gay Pride.
Barrie said: "The team awards is one of the biggest dates in our calendar and a night to celebrate the business and the people who make it fabulous. Everyone on my team works their magic on clients and gives consistent red carpet-gorgeous hair, but this year we highlighted 16 deserving people who have caught our eye that extra bit."
