Dampen down hair and prep with L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni.Art Pli. Scrunch in slightly with your hands to create a hint of texture. 2. Sweep back the hair and secure in a ponytail high on the crown in the middle of the head, using elastic to tie off. 3. Working a few inches down from the first ponytail, wrap elastic around and tie tightly. 4. Puff out the trapped middle section of hair to create volume. 5.
