Aveda launches search for first ever uk & ireland artistic team

Aveda, the high performance, plant-infused global hair care brand, is giving talented and creative individuals from across its salon network, the opportunity to transform the world of hairdressing as part of its inaugural UK and Ireland Artistic Team.

Entries are now open for those who believe they have what it takes to shape the artistic direction of the Aveda brand, with the first step involving candidates submitting an online entry before being invited to a live two-day audition at the Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa, London, on 16 and 17 January 2023.

Following the audition process, six lucky artists will be selected to join the elite team that will be led by world-renowned and award-winning stylist Antoinette Beenders, Aveda’s Vice President Global Creative Director, throughout the two-year programme.

In addition to being mentored by one of the world’s leading stylists, the team will be given the chance to further enhance their skills, create inspirational assets designed to inspire the network and will represent Aveda live on stage at large-scale events.

Hayley Hughes, National Education Manager for Aveda said: “Being part of the first ever Aveda UK & Ireland Artistic Team is an incredible opportunity, and I can’t wait to see the talent that will be on show. The hairdressers that will be joining us on this journey will be embarking on a fully engaging opportunity which will not only further their experience as an artist but allow them to be truly immersed into the creative world of Aveda.”
