We feel it's really important for the salon and team to be exposed to top-level training. It can often feel like the South West is left behind and at HAC we make a big effort to fight that. We recently took the whole styling team up to the Redken Symposium; it's a big investment financially, but we're positive it pays dividends on the salon floor for our clients. Andrew was fantastic and very down to earth. He really inspired the team with his passion and also gave a blow-dry masterclass. He'd barely got out of the door before our team were trying out his tips on the afternoon's clients. We'd like to thank Redken for organising the event and especially Andrew for being so professional when he could have easily cancelled for another time. Said Andrew Barton:"It was a pleasure to visit The Hair Advice Centre. Training is the lifeblood of any strong team and salon business. Personal coach sessions like this, where I visit a salon and get into the nitty gritty of salon life are a brilliant way of sharing ideas with a business. The South West has suffered tremendously over the last few weeks and there as been a knock-on effect even to my business in London as clients have been unable to travel. I joked with the team at The Hair Advice Centre that I would get to them even if I had to hitch a lift !"
