An evening with fellowship hairdresser of the year guy kremer
Guy Kremer Event The Banking Hall in London was the grand and beautiful venue for a sold out evening with Fellowship Hairdresser of The Year Guy Kremer on Monday 26th October. Fellowship Ambassador and Past President Errol Douglas MBE took to the stage to present the man of the hour. Guy then provided a glimpse into his professional and personal background as he was joined by hair journalist Maria Weijers for an insightful interview. Guy spoke of his move from France to Winchester and described his journey into the industry with such passion, highlighting his influences of French classic styling juxtaposed against English Avant Garde. “English hair is creative with an Avant Garde look whereas French hair is classic. I mix the two and I love to deconstruct and then construct the hair again.” Guy presented 3 of his models onstage, styling the pre-textured hair live onstage using a variety of techniques including rolls, twists and pre-set pin curls and adorning the finished looks with head pieces from Shaun Leane.
