After seeing the runways by some of the biggest designers like Chanel and Tom Ford, the idea of going to extremes, thinking wildly outside the box intrigued and inspired Paul Mitchell editorial director Lucie Doughty to dream up the Amazing Grace collection.
"I fell in love with Grace the moment I saw her, and everything kind of sparked from there," said Lucie. "I knew if we could transform her rich, dark chocolate Asian locks to a cool blonde we had something special.
"The contrast of this color shift against her complexion makes a strong statement that can’t be ignored. As for her different looks, we wanted to keep it simple. This collection showcases the latest hairstyle trends for the modern, fashion-forward woman. Grace is a vision of loveliness in her lightest, natural blonde, new hair color.
"Less is more. I wanted to bring out the best in her facial features, which is a huge part of what hairdressing is about," said Lucie. "She doesn’t have to try too hard. Her look is loose, relaxed and simply effortless allowing her perfect blonde hue to make a statement."
