Career highlight: Winning 2010 North Eastern Hairdresser of the Year at HJ's British Hairdressing Awards, setting up my own salon, and the daily job satisfaction that I receive from making clients look and feel great.
Favourite celebrity hairstyle: I love Rihanna's cut and colour.
Best part of the job: Meeting new people and creating innovative styles for the ever-changing world of fashion.
