We recently carried out a survey to receive an idea of people's recognition of the salon. The information that came back ended up being really good and useful.
One of the questions we asked was why didn't they use our salon and a popular answer was we were too expensive!
After researching into our prices we are actually very competitive with the rest of the salons in our area. How do we let potential clients know this and change their conception of our prices?
