Additional Lengths Group Announces Nicki Milner as Commercial Director

Additional Lengths Group, owner of professional brand Remi Cachet, has announced Nicki Milner as Commercial Director, the latest in a slew of senior hires for the fast-growing company.

With more than 25 years in the hair and beauty industry, Nicki joins from Cloud Nine, where she led commercial and digital operations for over 15 years. Nicki also previously held roles at ghd, where she transformed its digital business over an 11-year period, and MDV Distribution Netherlands.

Nicki joins at a critical juncture for the business, which is currently seeing growth across the EU and USA. Founder Victoria Lynch announced the arrival of Lisa Jackson as CEO in January 2025 to work alongside her in taking the North East-based business to new heights following investment from Growth Partner, the investor backed by entrepreneur Richard Harpin.

“I couldn’t be happier to have Nicki join our thriving business,“ said Victoria. “There aren’t many businesses who have achieved a revenue of £20m net without a sales team. Nicki’s vast experience in the professional and consumer space will be instrumental in scaling our operations.”

CEO Lisa Jackson adds: “Nicki was the natural choice to lead our commercial operations and achieve our ambitions.”

Discussing her appointment, Nicki shared: “I’ve long admired the journey that Victoria and the team have been on at Additional Lengths and Remi Cachet. Everything I’ve learnt about the business so far shows that I’m embarking on a really exciting phase. I’m looking forward to joining the power duo that is Victoria and Lisa and working alongside an incredibly talented team.”

Nicki Milner starts at Additional Lengths Group with immediate effect, with a focus on the expansion of the brand across the USA.

Although she’s experimented with a few creative colour looks in the past, she always comes back to blonde, and loves all things hydrating and bond building.
