For the last couple of years, Florence Welch has been the UK's musical pin-up, inspiring just about everybody with her flame red locks, alabaster skin, and ethereal dress sense.
But as Jessie J follows in Florence's footsteps by swiping the Critics' Choice Award at the Brits, it looks as though she's also well on her way to becoming a style icon.
As well as an eye for an outlandish sequinned number, Jessie also has a much-envied hairstyle, which is sure to spawn as many imitators as Flo's red, tousled waves and fringe combo.
The polished black bob features quirky steps on either side, a blunt fringe, and asymmetric lengths - all flat-ironed to perfection.
