"We are still enforcing mask wearing in the salon," says Robert. "It makes our team and our clients feel safe and helps prevent coughs and colds as well as Covid."
2. Maintain Cleaning Protocols
Make sure cleaning and disinfecting protocols are still in place regardless of any guidelines. "It’s good practise and it shows your clients you are working in a clean environment," says Robert.
3. Pre-Book Your Column
Encourage clients to book their next appointment well in advance. "It helps your column keep busy and means they will always be a priority if anything happens," advises Robert.
4. Be Vigilant With Patch Testing

Why not mix a colour conditioner for your colour clients to refresh their hair in case they have to isolate before their next appointment?
