25 years with the same company: how to be constantly inspired Fact - Employee loyalty is on the decline. In a recent survey by Workforce 91% of participants said that they didn't expect to stay with their current company for longer than 3 years. Worrying when the number of apprentices coming into the industry has also decreased. With these facts in mind it's rear to find an employee nowadays, especially in creative industries that are fast-paced. For 25 years Patrick Cameron has worked hand in hand with his fellow creative Marco Erbi each playing their part in a creative partnership which has taken them all over the world. "The past 25 years working alongside Patrick have been an amazing journey, we have travelled all over the world and I’ve had the privilege of being able to share my creative vision and connect with thousands of people and feel part of something I am very proud of." "Working as a Patrick Cameron educator has allowed me to share my knowledge and experience and inspire a new generation of hairdressers working with long hair". Marco stays inspired by delving into unexpected areas of the hairdressing world. Being an accomplished photographer he also works from behind the camera shooting the Patrick Cameron collections. "Being behind the lens for our collection shoots lets me convey my aesthetic sensibility, he enthuses. "I believe creative people gravitate towards each other and I have been very lucky to be able to have Patrick’s support and encouragement and to be given so much creative freedom in what I do."
