2024 Rebrand for Successful Suffolk Salon Group

Janene Hawkins-Bush is refreshing her salon group for 2024, bringing her successful businesses together under one brand, Suffolk Hair. Janene owns four salons in the Suffolk area: Heavenly Hair, Quay Street Collective, Hair & Co. and Hair Affair. Each salon will retain its individual name but the overarching brand of Suffolk Hair will streamline communications and branding for the group as a whole.

Janene says: “We love that our salons have different names and individual identities that represent their locality and clientele. However, from a business perspective, we felt it was time to update our approach and make it simple for people to find out about what we have on offer as a whole.

“Suffolk Hair is the umbrella brand under which our salons sit. We feel this name represents the status of our salons in the area and allows for future growth of our group.”

The rebrand aligns the salon group’s standard of services, sustainability mission, ethos and values. This not only unites each salon team in a common goal but gives assurance to Suffolk Hair customers that they will receive the same high quality service at which ever salon they visit.

Janene and her team have also updated their website under the new brand name, where clients can explore and book appointments at any of the four salons with ease. Janene adds: “One website for all our salons will help to keep us busy and booked. If a customer can’t get the day they want at one salon, it’s a simple click to find another. This way we are keeping our clientele within the salon group, fostering loyalty, and gives potential new customers a chance to browse each salon and team to find one that they like. It also means just one website to manage and maintain, rather than four."

“It feels great to be entering 2024 with a fresh, cohesive approach to business and we are excited about the plans we have to continue building on our reputation in the Suffolk area," Janene concludes.
