Elvis's quiff has been named the most iconic men's hairstyle of all time, in a poll by Fudge Professional, the official hair partners to London Collections: Men.
Musicians made up nearly half of the male style icons list, with John Lennon, Bob Marley and Kurt Cobain also racking up the votes.
Film stars were also recognised for their memorable on-screen looks, with James Dean, John Travolta and Tom Cruise being named by those surveyed.
And, naturally, David Beckham made the list - not once, but three times. The footballer turned fashion icon received votes for his curtains, mohawk and ponytail.
The top ten most iconic men's hairstyles of all time, as named by Fudge Professional, are as follows:

1. Elvis’s full quiff (17%)

2. John Lennon's Beatle's moptop (11%)

3. Bob Marley's dreadlocks (10%)

4. Tom Cruise's Top Gun crop (9%)

5. James Dean's pompadour (7%)
