Following the success of the first Be Fantastic event in 2010, the man behind the idea, Alan Austin-Smith of Fantastic Hairdresser fame, has decided to make it an annual event.

This year's Be Fantastic event takes place on 23 May at the Mermaid Theatre in London, and the theme is Creativity in Business: creativity in customer service, leadership, strategy, marketing. Whether you are a business owner or a team member who wants to achieve more, Be Fantastic promises to educate, engage and inspire.
