  Step Up & Shine is an exciting and bespoke education package worth £2,500 in the name of industry legend Christofer Mann, and is open to both NHF members and non-members. The ideal candidate would be an individual who has the desire and passion to learn and improve his or her skills through courses and workshops with ongoing support throughout. The Scholarship is in association with the National Hairdressers Federation with individuals being able to submit their applications through the NHF website. “I was so proud when Sophie was announced as the winner of this exciting Scholarship, and it had been amazing watching how she has developed both professional and personally. I really encouraged Sophie to apply as I knew it would really benefit her as an individual, but what she bought back to the team has been incredible.
