- Four face-to-face consultancy sessions at three-month intervals, beginning in April.
- The first session would be a Salon visit .The remaining three sessions taking place at a mutually convenient location or at the salon depending on location.
- All face to face sessions would be a minimum of six hours in duration.
- After each session there would be follow up final report sent out either by hard copy or email with an action plan attached.
- Eight monthly telephone or Skype sessions of one hour booked at mutually agreed times.
- Ongoing Communication would be encouraged, whenever necessary, during the length of time in the bespoke Business Programme.
