Colour Stage At Salon International 2023

Published 15th Aug 2023 by Chlo Weldon

With colour having such a huge impact on how people feel about their hair, building confidence and enhancing someone’s image, we were so excited to see the return of the Colour Stage at Salon International for 2023! And this year, it was bigger, better and more educational than ever before.

Hosted by Marie Nieuwoudt, Salon International visitors watched as the industry’s best colour technicians prepared and applied their colour, talked about their shade choices, and watched as the colour was unveiled and they shared their vision on the Colour Stage.

They demonstrated colour creativity, techniques, and innovations live on their own pods, and visitors were able to get up close and ask questions about the opportunities the brands can offer them, their team, and their business.

On Saturday 14 October, Eleven Australia brought Autumn trends to the Colour Stage, their theme was Earthy Elegance, adding texture, soft brightness and woody brown to their model's hair. Meanwhile Uberliss ambassador, Claire Chell, demonstrated an incredible colour correction on her model, taking her from magenta and deep purples to an icy blonde. We also welcomed this year's Revlon Visionaries to the Colour stage who demonstrated the Glowliage technique using Revlon Professional Color Excel.
