Wella trendvision insight tour reveals 2014 trends

The Wella Professionals TrendVision Insight Tour recently arrived in London, with the Cheynes artistic team presenting their interpretation of this year’s two tend movements – Urban Native and Borderline Beauty.
Urban Native is inspired by the concept of urban dwellers who are at home with technology but equally happy to switch off and enjoy their natural surroundings. The spring/summer trend combines stonewashed colours with frothy textures.
Borderline Beauty celebrates the quirky and the unexpected, challenging the laws of beauty. The autumn/winter trend is strongly influenced by architecture with hair set in deliberate contrast to the head.
The deadline for first-round photographic entries for TrendVision 2014 is 28 March, with judging taking place on 8 April.
