Wella Professional’s position as the leading supplier to colleges in the UK has been recognised for its commitment to shaping the future of hairdressing.

The brand has won Best Medium Supplier award at the CPC Excellence Awards 2024 for its college education collaborations.

The CPC –  Crescent Purchasing Consortium – is an education procurement charity, that is committed to building long-term relationships across its supply chain of 1,000+ suppliers.

The CPC Excellence Awards 2024 celebrate the suppliers who have gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional value for money, quality, and customer service for the education sector, whilst considering their social and sustainable impact as an organisation.

Wella Professionals not only provides a product portfolio to the college community, but also supports this with an education support portfolio to match.

Tatiana Suvorova, Wella Professionals Senior Director Sales and Education says: “Wella’s ultimate aim is to work with our Learners and Education community to gain and grow recruitment into our great industry.

“At Wella, education is at the heart of everything we do, and it starts with investing into the future of our industry. We have developed a 360° college education eco system. We provide access to education online and face to face, wherever the customers are, via strong collaboration with colleges, and we contribute to the community by elevating the image and skills of the hairdressing industry.”

The awards celebration took place at the Hilton in Manchester and attracted suppliers from all over the UK.

“This is about recognising our commitment to the next generation of hairdressers. We are completely committed to nurturing new talent and supporting the industry from a grass roots level. To be recognised by the CPC for this is something we are very proud of,” says Tatiana.

This is reflective of Wella’s commitment to salons and ongoing business support to its salon partners and colleges.
