The Wella Professionals World Studio in Berlin has reopened after an extensive makeover.

Located in the buzzing Mitte district of the uber-cool city, the new 600 m² studio was opened by Ralf Billharz, vice president of Wella Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) and Alexander Herzberg, director of hairdressing service for Wella DACH.

Showing off the high-spec space to its best, the gala evening culminated with a catwalk show to present the current Wella Professionals Trend Spring/Summer 2012 collection, hosted in collaboration with Berlin-based designer, Michael Michalsky.

Facilities at the new space include touchscreen technology throughout, a colour, care and styling bar, a presentation wall and in-house catwalk and studio space which can be used flexibly - whether hosting an intimate workshop or trend evening with 100 guests.

The new-look studio concept will now be implemented at other World Studios in London, Paris, Rome, Moscow, New York, Tokyo and Frankfurt.
