Up close and personal with the marc antoni creative team

Wella Professionals recently held a nationwide tour to launch to the new hair styling range from System Professional. The four inspirational evening events kicked off with an event in London, presented by the award-winning Marc Antoni Creative Team.

HJ's British Hairdressing Newcomer of the Year Dan Spiller led the styling on stage, accompanied by Creative Director Bruno Marc Giamattei. Colour came courtesy of Wella Professionals Colour Club member, Carly Roberts.

Six models were presented throughout the evening, in three sections; catwalk, cuts, and volume. Using the newly launched nine product SP Style range, hair was prepped, defined, and finished to personalised perfection.

The evening kicked off with a catwalk section, featuring two elegant plaited, textured updos, inspired by the work of the late great Alexander McQueen. Complementary muted blonde shades were produced by Carly, while SP Alchemy Club members Bruno Marc Giamattei and Dan Spiller demonstrated the benefits of the SP Style range to create the looks.

Strong, sharp shapes dominated the next section, with bold, dark tones and flashes of vibrant colour reflecting the Wella Professionals Sensual Collection. Following the successful re-launch of System Professional Care earlier this year, the team showed how the Final Care products can be used in tandem with products from SP Style for exceptional results.

The last part of the evening focussed on volume, with Dan and Bruno Marc cocktailing products together for unique formulas on sculptural updos, inspired by the popular TV series Mad Men. 

All six models were brought to the stage for the finale, allowing audience members to get a good look, take pictures, and ask questions. Guests were treated to a goody bag of products from the new SP range, but more importantly left feeling inspired to create some seriously stunning new looks.
