Denman's 75th year continues to be full of celebrations, including a recent surprise presentation from the Unite Union.
The trade union rewarded the hair brush manufacturer for their landmark anniversary at an event hosted for factory staff in Denman's home town of Bangor, County Down.
John Rainey, chairman of Denman International said: "I would like to thank the members and management of Unite for the completely unexpected presentation at the 75th Denman anniversary celebrations. We, as a company, see very positive change and are impressed by recent initiatives such as Health and Safety Training from the Unite Union.
"When the company began in 1972, 90% of our business was within 100 miles of the Denroy factory. Now, it is less than 10%. It is important that we continue to work more closely together as we compete for business on the world stage. We do try to treat everyone with respect and of course, invest heavily in the future of the company."
