Uk stylists fly to la for sexy hair annual conference
The annual Sexy Hair Conference took place in LA this month, with Sarah Peace and Steve Murphy from Too Funky Hair in Manchester representing the UK.
The stylists won their place at the international event for sellingthe most Sexy Hair products in the UK.
Amassing over £2,000 and £1,500 respectively in retail sales in justthree months, senior stylist Steve and stylist Sarah accepted their Best UKSales awards from Sexy Hair international educator Skot Foss, master artistJenifer Pieterzak and vice president Alicia Burnett
Joining hundreds of hair professionals from all over the world for theweek-long event, the two Manchester stylists attended education seminars wherethey learnt 'Structure in Motion' a cutting technique based on the art of ThaiChi involving movement and flow, as well hair up methods and being introducedto the new products for 2013.
The week ended with a spectacular cutting bonanza with hundreds ofhairdressers gathered on stage. The after show party was held at The Dolby Theatre, the same venue as the 2013 Oscars!
