The Trends

RockmanticRockmantic-image.jpgRock and romanticism. Light and shadow. Harmony and rebellion – Rockmantic is all about contrasting elements that are merged to create a fascinating whole.Inspired by a Rock ‘n’ Roll lifestyle comfortable cuts and styles paired with rough materials such as leather, metal and varnish underline a nearly subversive casualness. On the other hand romantic, playful baroque style details and applications made in lace and frills give this trend a dreamy, nearly poetic high fashion dimension. The hair is all about skilfully placed contrasts, which are created by placing light and dark cool shades right next to each other. Expressive, extravagant shades – from violet to pink, light ivory and silvery grey up to deep black – show additional accents and create a mystical atmosphere. In this way Rockmantic shows it’s charm between the extremes.NewstalgiaNewstalgia_image.jpg The theme of Newstalgia: Timeless elegance! Inspired by the style of the golden twenties, at which Bauhaus and Art Deco were at their creative peaks, this trend shows a nostalgic touch of glamour and luxury upgraded with a modern more puristic design.Brilliant colours, luxurious materials and classical haircuts are upgraded with clear, functional lines and create a modern, puristic look. In this way Newstalgia combines casual comfort with sophisticated and reduced refinement. The hair shines in brilliant, elegant colours – from expressive red to sophisticated champagne-blonde. Precious, shiny shades like gold, jade and copper and the combination of cool and warm tones create new, thrilling effects.
