Anthony Turner and the L'Oreal Professionnel team were inspired by teenage girls causing trouble in Blackpool for the Topshop Unique Spring/Summer 2015 show.
The show: Topshop Unique Spring/Summer 2015
The hair team: Anthony Turner for L'Oreal Professionnel
The look: A deep side parting - styled in to a side parting as if she was pushing her hair out of the way to snog a boy. Lots of dishevelled texture - styled entirely by hand, no brushes or combs used at any point.
The inspiration: A moody teenage girl in Blackpool for the weekend - young, cool, tough and a bit androgynous.
The key product: L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni.Art Wild Stylers Beach Waves
Get the Look
1. Apply L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni.Art Pli to the hair, using just a light mist throughout.
2. Layer on Tecni.Art Wild Stylers Beach waves and scrunch through the hair by hand, adding plenty of movement and separation to the strands.
3. Using your hands, style hair into a side parting, pushed back away from the face in a slightly quiffed shape.
4. Ideally, leave the hair to air-dry so that it develops a bit of a wave and a matte, fluffy texture. Alternatively, dry slowly on a low heat.
5. Tuck hair behind the ears, pulling out a few pieces for an undone finish.
6. Add a small amount of Tecni.Art Fresh Dust through the ends and backcomb slightly with your fingers to add a bit more texture if needed.
