Top secret fashion fixing!

Just callme Secret Agent Stevens....I spent most of last week in an undisclosed locationin Regent Street, filming the challenges from Gok's Fashion Fix . We did 16models over the 5 days and ended up doing 48 hairstyles!

 

Normally I bring my own team to help me out with the hair on Fashion Fix, butas I am Artistic Director at Matrix I asked the guys from the Matrix hair teamto help me out, which they did rather fabulously by sponsoring it and supplyingthe team and all the products.

 

I spent another day at Errol Douglas' salon in Belgravia Village, where I amArtistic Director, and then I was in my salon in Somerset.  On Tuesday Idid the makeover- for Gok's Fashion Fix in West Bromwich.  I was up therefor the day, and then drove back to Cambridge to judge the regional final forthe L'Oreal Colour Trophy.  The entrants were fantastic and the qualitywas extremely high.  

 

Next week I am fronting a big show at L'Oreal called the Matrix Unplugged tour,and then more salon work and makeovers with Gok.

 

The British Hairdressing Awards are also looming, in an exciting way, ofcourse, and I have organised a preparation meeting with my team to sort outwhat I am going to be doing at the awards.  Exciting times!

 

But the most exciting thing for me at the moment is my purchase of a brand newcar - not telling you what sort (largely because I haven't decided yet) butit's going to be great!  I have decided that as I am going to be spendingso much time in it, buzzing backwards and forwards between London, Somerset andwherever Fashion Fix takes me I at least want to enjoy the ride!
