Top five images of the year

It's the end of the year and time to be reflective. Sorting out my folders and files made me realise what a great year 2012 has been for hair images - in fact I think it has been one of the most inspiring. Hairdressers and fashion photographers have pushed the boundaries to create collections that tell a story, are fashion forward and are simply beautiful. I've changed my mind on several occasions but here are just five of my favourite images from 2012.
