The Breakthrough Team Xtra is an exclusive collaboration between TONI&GUY and L’Oréal Professionnel.
A unique mentoring programme designed to offer 12 individuals from TONI&GUY salons across the UK and Ireland a one year scholarship giving the young stylists & technicians an exclusive platform to drive their careers forward and perfect their hairdressing skills.
Mentored by Gary France & Jo O’Neill from TONI&GUY and Bev Rowe from L’Oréal Professionnel, it’s a ‘money can’t buy’ experience working with the TONI&GUY International Artistic Team and top industry experts.
Now in its 11th year, this hugely successful programme is a superb stepping stone for these young hairdressers on their way towards a great future.
Tuesday 17th November saw the Breakthrough Xtra 2015 Team present their final collections.
A showcase of stunning talent across the UK, the presentation included show stopping examples of expert colour, cutting and avant garde work. The night ended with the 2015 team passing the baton onto the new Breakthrough Xtra team for 2016.
