We caught up with Tim to find out more about his signature style and how he reinvents his trademarks for each new collection - including his colourful 2012 entry.
What is your signature look?
"My signature look? The bob of course! It's a limitless and ultra-feminine style that both fashion and I can never tire of. A precision bob with exceptional attention to detail is a thing of rare beauty and each of my collections has one."
"Form follows function and my signature look is always the best articulation of style for an individual. Hair is a celebration of individuality - the features, the texture and the personality."
How is your signature look reinvented for each new collection of images?
"This is my testament to Vidal Sassoon's legacy. A hymn to lines, layers and graduation in their purist form. I wanted to show the diversity of that technical heritage through variety in shape and textures inspired by nature."
"It's critical as an artist to find your own voice. It defines your commitment to your craft. It might not be a shape; it may be a technique or a texture, but finding a way to express your individuality as an artist allows you to channel your energies and achieve creative growth."
