Tilda swinton glows at snowpiercer premiere

She's known for breaking beauty rules with her barely-there make-up and androgynous hairstyles.

It's no surprise then, that Tilda Swinton opted for just the subtlest touch of make-up at the Snowpiercer premiere in Seoul, South Korea.

The actress's make-up artist, Lesley Chilkes, has previously revealed that Tilda never wears mascara or any eye make-up, as her complexion is so pale that even a small amount could look too heavy.

Instead, Tilda prefers to play with blusher and lip colours, such as the candy pink shade worn below to the opening of the David Bowie exhibition at the V&A. Apparently, this was suggested by Haider Ackermann, who designed Tilda's outfit for the occasion.

For her Snowpiercer appearance, Tilda again opted for pink lips, this time glossier, and kept her skin fresh and dewy, emphasizing her strong bone structure.  We're impressed that she can get away with it, but we're not sure we'll be throwing out our mascara any time soon!
