Tikadi announces winners of search for a star

Essex hairdressing chain, Tikadi, has announced the winners of its model search to find two new faces for the brand.
The 'Search for a Star' competition was launched online through the salon's Teen Club on Facebook, with 18-year-olds Sophie Gerrish and Sam Stewart announced as the lucky winners.
Sophie and Sam have already enjoyed two professional photoshoots in London with a full team, with the images new being used to promote the salon chain and its youth services.
The Tikadi Teen Club membership service launched last year to encourage local teens to take an active person in cultivating their own image, with a customised menu, events and competitions helping swell membership to over 1,500.
Tikadi creative team member Hannah Skinner said: "The competition was extremely popular with incredible interest from the local Essex area that made the judging process really difficult."
