TIGI has paid tribute to one of their best-loved salesmen, Chris Suchecki, who passed away this week following a long battle with cancer.
Chris worked in the hairdressing industry for more than 20 years, focusing on sales across the South of England, South-West and South Wales.
Speaking only a few weeks ago Chris said: "I have been very lucky. I’ve worked for the best company and had many years meeting the most wonderful hairdressers. I’ve done what I wanted to do in my life and now I’m enjoying the great meals my wife cooks and watching sport."
A keen sportsman himself, he participated in a fund-raising
bike ride across Vietnam for industry charity HABB two years ago - an experience he described as, "the best networking experience ever, as well as great fun."
TIGI GM for Western Europe, Phil Cheadle said: "Chris had a very likeable personality. He was totally committed to TIGI and even during his illness was desperate to work and support the sales team. We can learn a lot from his work ethos and his ability to win people’s confidence and loyalty."
