Tigi creatives show combines catwalk and commercial
The TIGI creatives artistic team live show is always a highlight at Salon International - and this year was no exception.
Whether it was something to inspire the client or a more editorial look to inspire the stylist, this presentation had it all.
The show started with presentation models from the Game On collection, a range of looks that were young, fun and sporty.

International creative director Anthony Mascolo compered the show and said: "Education is our priority; we take all aspects of hairdressing from cut and colour and runway through to avant garde.
Working as a team is really important as everyone brings something new to the group, which ensures you are constantly pushing boundaries."
The team, led by European creative director Nick Irwin, worked on varying lengths.
"Lengths differ from season to season and we can't dictate what length our clients should have as their hair has to grow but we can make sure we offer every client a great look whatever their length."
Described as the best colourist in the world, Christel Lundqvist talked about colour for the coming season.
"We work closely with the fashion industry talking inspiration from catwalk clothes and translate them into the hair. This year colour is feminine and translucent."

And ensuring clients keep their femininity was key throughout the presentation - while longer lengths were soft, shorter crops were androgynous but with a womanly edge.
The TIGI team work on shows at New York, London, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks and they brought looks direct from the catwalks, giving the international audience a flavour of what is to come for Spring/Summer.
Watch out for braids, texture, softness, femininity, androgyny and powerful glamour.
