This season's hot styles
Autumn and then winter will soon be upon us, I'm going toshare with you my style tips for the coming season. You can still have fab haireven wearing a hat!
For women, the dishevelled and undone shag hairstyle is still sexy. You can also gofor a more grown up and glamorous blowdried look. Hair should be soft, sexy, wearable and very commercial. Fringes are going to be huge! There are so manydifferent styles that there will always be one to suit you. Your colour shouldbe warm with caramel and sandy blondes and brunettes with mahogany tones. Redsare still popular, make sure you look after them though as they can fade. Useproducts specifically made for red hair to avoid this.
Men's autumn winter trends are military short back and sidesbut with more length and through the top. This makes cuts so much moreversatile, you can wear it in a conservative but cool style, or an edgy, ontrend look. Quiffs are a great example - pushed back for a casual work look, orstyled into the full quiff for a show stopping going out style. Undercuts atthe sides are in, and colour is also hot - white blondes for brave boys, or onthe cool longer grown-out look then some subtle lights can be put through tojust enhance the look.
I hope this gives you some inspiration for your next visitto the hairdresser!
Mylast This Morning makeover was so much fun! It was for a lovely seventeen yearold girl called Amy who is off to university to train to be a nurse soon. Shewas bored of her one layered bob and had really fine hair. She wanted more of arock chick look for uni so we used Sarah Harding, Girls Aloud and Frankie, Saturdaysas inspiration. The main must have for a rock chick hairstyle is an undercut -They're huge at the moment! They are fantastic for removing weight from verythick hair, you can take a lot of hair very short and the length sits over thetop and hides it. I cut the back and sides very short but left length on thetop so it still looked soft, sexy and feminine. Are you brave enough to tryit?!
