Six talented hairdressers have been selected to join the #SKPCollective team for 2024, after the final auditions on Monday 8 April at Schwarzkopf Professional Headquarters.
The final auditions saw 12 haidressers compete to be on the team. The day commenced with a welcome from the Schwarzkopf Pro team, followed by a challenge for the 12 contenders.
Each finalist was tasked with creating an engaging Instagram reel within an hour, using a box of Schwarzkopf Professional products. With an open brief emphasising the importance of showcasing their unique personality, the finalists delivered outstanding content that truly impressed the judges.
The competitors then engaged in one-on-one interviews with the judging panel, where they demonstrated their social media expertise, shared their vision for the SKP Collective team, and reflected on their experience throughout the day.
Introducing the 2024 #SKPCollective Team
The following six individuals were then announced as the winners and the new #SKPCollective team for 2024:

These six finalists demonstrated exceptional talent, creativity, and dedication to their craft, and Schwarzkopf Professional Headquarters shared their excitement in welcoming them to the #SKPCollective family for 2024.

The SKPCollective aims to discover and nurture the next generation of social media influencers in hairdressing, providing them with opportunities and experiences to showcase their talent and creativity.
The members will benefit from hands-on workshops, as well as opportunities to preview and sample product launches and access to exclusive industry events.
