Hosted at Stā Studios, The Fellowship presents Hair & Vision – ‘Creativity Meets Consciousness’ with Innersense Organic Beauty, returned to the capital to showcase the brand’s latest collection techniques and methods

One of the Fellowship’s brand partner’s, Innersense Organic Beauty is a certified B Corp providing professional hairdressers with high-performance products across care, styling and colour.

The evening started with a warm welcome from F.A.M.E. Team Alumni, James Parr, who set the stage for an inspiring night ahead. For the event, The Fellowship were joined by the Innersense team, led by the brand’s UK and EU Education Manger, Petteri Rantaeiola; Innersesne Global Artist, Susanne Gessner, from Munich; and Innersense Artists, Eileen Halpin, from Glasgow and Erica Liburd, from Northampton. Susanne is a key player in bringing Innersense shoots, shows and seminars together in Europe and the UK, and Eileen is a colour specialist working across hair patterns but specialising in curly hair. Erica is an incredible texture specialist, showcasing curl artistry across hair patterns and advocating for education, inclusion and visibility of textured hair.

For the demonstrations, the team explored a variety of hair patterns through the art of cut and colour. The evening kicked off with a colour segment; Petteri welcomed Susanne and Eileen to the stage to highlight Innersense’s foundational colour programs and teach the audience how to seamlessly blend and balance colour to evoke an organic, lively feel.

The evening was centred around Innersense’s 2026 collection, ‘Auric’, which focuses on radiance, glow, and energy. ‘Auric’ embodies presence and warmth, illuminating modern, salon-ready silhouettes, dimensional colour, and expressive styles that honour every texture, pattern, and personal story. This collection celebrates hair as a living, moving canvas – a ceremony of light, creativity, and authentic expression. Creative styling, intentional cutting, and artful colour come to life in this education collection through a lived-in approach, designed to inspire a renewed sense of creativity, passion, and artistry.

Up next, Petteri welcomed Erica Liburd to the stage to help showcase Innersense’s latest cutting techniques. Petteri and Erica demonstrated methods to create a balanced, flattering shape through precision cutting, ultimately enhancing the hair’s natural texture and volume. The pair explored seasonal techniques, using the collection as inspiration for clients, mastering adjustments in angles, lengths, and layer placements – creating an informative evening for audience members.

Bringing the evening to a close, James Parr welcomed the artists and their models back to the stage and thanked everyone for their attendance and the artists for their incredibly insightful presentations.
