A-listers were out in force to celebrate stylist to the stars, Tara Smith's, new line of organic and eco-friendly hair products

The range, created in conjunction with Cosmetica's Dr Roger Barr, was launched at a star-studded party at the Hempel Hotel in London, with attendees including Natalie Imbruglia, Yasmin Le Bon and Rosario Dawson.

With a witty tagline 'Tested on film stars, not on animals', the products contain natural and organic, earth-friendly ingredients. They promise to deliver professional standard hair care that is free from chemical additives.

Even the packaging is eco-friendly; the pumps do not contain any metal so that they are easy to recycle, and the swing tag is made from handmade paper containing wild seeds that, if planted, will grow into flowers.

Tara says: "It was important to me to develop a professional-standard line that's not only environmentally friendly, but accessible to everyone with a realistic price tag."
