Support keep colour professional action week

Along with our partners - Aveda, Clynol, Goldwell, HJi, L'Oréal Professionnel, Paul Mitchell, Redken, Schwarzkopf Professional, TIGI and Wella Professionals - we've given you expert advice on holding client evenings, dealing with colour correction issues, and offered you tips on taking your colour business to a new level.

And now, it is over to you. Next week, we encourage you to sit down with your team and talk about consultations, health and safety and marketing as part of our special Action Week.

Monday, why not look at the way you hold your consultation, and put our top tips into practice?

On Tuesday, we encourage you to talk to your team and assess your healthy and safety policies. Ensure you have the right ones in place, and that every team member is fully aware of procedures.

Wednesday could be all about colour correction. It's one of the most popular requests in many salons, so make sure you promote the service and make clients feel at ease.

Promoting your expertise should be top of the list on Thursday as you look at ways to shout about your skills, experience and qualifications.

Friday night is party night, so draw up plans to hold regular client colour evenings, showcasing the latest techniques and promoting the newest products and services.

And, don't forget to let us know how you go. Send in photographs and details of your team meetings, brainstorms and events or share them with your fellow professionals on the HJi Community forum.
